Business owner Michael Royal grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and formed Pareto Group in 2010 to pursue interests in real estate investment and development. Prior to launching the company, from 2007 to 2010, he served as VP of Investments & Strategy Team Leader at CNL Financial Group, a firm that originates and manages REITs. He has also worked with London-based Grosvenor Group Ltd., which manages the Grosvenor Estate's property holdings. Michael is a member of the State Bar of New York and holds a JD and MBA from the University of Virginia and a masters degree in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge.
